    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, enhance brand presence, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

    Roles Responsibilities
    1. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve brand and business goals.
    2. Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional channels.
    3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
    4. Manage content creation, brand messaging, and marketing collateral to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
    5. Optimize digital presence (SEO, SEM, website, social media, paid ads) for lead generation and engagement.
    6. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies.
    7. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights; recommend improvements.
    8. Manage budgets, vendors, and marketing tools/software effectively.
    9. Mentor and guide junior marketing team members (if applicable).

    Skills
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and performance metrics.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
    Creative thinker with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
    Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEM tools, CRM systems).
    Experience in [insert industry, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, Retail] is a plus.

    Education
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
